Strategic Land Wellesbourne Warwickshire
Rainier Developments is promoting 6.5 acres of land at Wellesbourne through the emerging Local Plan.
The land is located adjacent to the eastern edge of the settlement in a sustainable location and has the potential to accommodate up to 70 new homes.
Going forward we will be engaging further with the Council and key community stakeholders with a view to securing an allocation in the new Local Plan, upon adoption.
