Strategic Land Wellesbourne Warwickshire
Rainier Developments is promoting 6.5 acres of land at Wellesbourne with a planning application recently submitted.
The land is located adjacent to the eastern edge of the settlement in a sustainable location and has the potential to accommodate up to 67 new homes.
Rainier are actively engaging with the Council and key community stakeholders with a view to securing planning permission on the site later this year.
