Strategic Land Lower Stondon South Bedfordshire
Following the success of a planning application to the north of Lower Stondon, we obtained outline planning permission for a further 115 new homes on land to the south of the village which has been acquired by national housebuilder Redrow Homes.
Our team worked proactively with officers and key stakeholders to obtain planning permission at a local level to deliver a scheme which provides a logical extension to the village on the western side of Bedford Road.
Once delivered the scheme will provide much needed market and affordable homes to the area, together with financial contributions to improve local community facilities.
