We obtained outline planning permission for up to 65 homes in a sustainable location on the edge of Brantham in Suffolk.
35% of the new homes will be affordable housing and the scheme will deliver much needed new homes in an area where there is a shortage of land available for development.
Following a transparent marketing exercise with the landowner Matthew Homes has been selected to deliver the scheme.
