Strategic Land Lower Stondon North Bedfordshire
We were selected by the landowner to promote a 9 acre site to the north of Henlow Greyhound Stadium in the village of Lower Stondon for residential development.
Our team engaged with the local planning authority, Central Bedfordshire Council, and worked closely with Stondon Parish Council to create a masterplan which would deliver a sustainable extension to the existing village.
Following the successful promotion of the site outline planning permission was granted at a local level for up to 85 dwellings before the site was marketed via the landowner’s appointed agent and sold to national housebuilder Bloor Homes.
