We are currently promoting 4.6 acres of land in a sustainable location adjacent to the northern edge of Harbury, close to Stratford-upon-Avon.
We are working closely with planning officers to create a sustainable development which could accommodate up to 40 new homes and form part of the emerging Site Allocations Plan.
Our plans include additional play areas, and a sustainable and environmentally friendly development providing homes to help meet housing demand in the local area.
