Strategic Land Catshill Worcestershire
The land at Catshill is being promoted through the Bromsgrove Local Plan Review to deliver a mixed use development comprising approximately 550 dwellings, community facilities and new employment areas.
The proposed development provides an opportunity to create a new community for Catshill, supported by existing connectivity and transport routes, linking spaces and places and integrating into Catshill to the north.
The integration of a local centre with community uses at the heart of the development will create a vibrant, multi-use space for multi-generational enjoyment – a place for everyone – and a focal point for new residents.
