Strategic Land Welford-on-Avon Warwickshire
Rainier are proposing to deliver a high quality development of up to 35 new homes on the edge of Welford-on-Avon, which will include the provision of at least 35% affordable housing.
Located to the east of the recently completed development by Spitfire Homes, the site represents a logical and sustainable extension to the settlement providing much needed new homes to the local area.
We will be working alongside the Council and key stakeholders over the coming months as the site is promoted for allocation through the emerging South Warwickshire Plan.
