Rainier are working on behalf of the landowners to deliver a sustainable urban extension to Buckingham.
The development proposals will be accessed off London Road and will provide the local area with much needed new housing, together with significant improvements to local infrastructure.
A planning application has been submitted for up to 300 homes (including affordable housing) employment space and associated infrastructure.
Throughout the sites’ promotion, we will be engaging with key local stakeholders and will be holding a public consultation event within the town to allow existing residents to shape our proposals as they develop.
