Rainier worked alongside the landowners to deliver a sustainable urban extension to Buckingham.
The development proposals will be accessed off London Road and will provide the local area with much needed new housing, together with significant improvements to local infrastructure.
A planning application has been approved for up to 300 homes (including affordable housing) employment space and associated infrastructure.
Throughout the sites’ promotion, Rainier engaged with key local stakeholders and worked alongside the landowner to select Persimmon Homes as preferred development partner to deliver the project.
