Rainier Developments is promoting 12 acres of land to the east of Thundersley. The land is located adjacent to the settlement boundary and south of Daws Heath Road.
Having regard to the site’s location and context, and an initial review of the constraints and opportunities, we consider that the site has the potential to deliver up to 58 new homes set within a high-quality landscaped environment.
Rainier Developments has submitted a planning application on the site which if approved will deliver much needed new housing to the local area.
