Strategic Land Chipping Norton Oxfordshire
Rainier Developments is promoting 55 acres of land in Chipping Norton through the emerging Local Plan which has identified the site as a draft allocation.
The land is located to the east of the town and adjacent to the boundary of the East of Chipping Norton Strategic Development Area (SDA) – a site allocated in the West Oxfordshire Local Plan for 1,200 new homes; employment opportunities; a new primary school; local shopping facilities; and an eastern link road connecting Banbury Road with London Road. The land has potential to provide additional development to the East of Chipping Norton SDA with Phase 1 already sold to national housebuilder Cala Homes.
We are continuing to engage with West Oxfordshire District Council regarding the remainder of the site which has been identified as a draft allocation for up to 350 dwellings in the emerging Local Plan.
