Rainier Developments is promoting 9.5 acres of land at Shipston-on-Stour through the emerging Local Plan.
The land is located adjacent to the northern edge of the village in a sustainable location and has the potential to accommodate up to 90 new homes.
Over the coming months we will continue to engage with the Council and other key stakeholders as the planning application progresses.
