Rainier Developments are promoting land at High Street, Paulerspury for a residential development of up to 26 dwellings.
The proposals include new market and affordable housing, public open space and potential new play spaces.
We will continue to work closely with the Council and key community stakeholders as we prepare to submit a planning application on the site.
