Strategic Land Tidbury Green West Midlands
We are actively promoting a 27-acre parcel of land at Tidbury Green with a planning application submitted last year.
The site is located to the east of a recently consented scheme which is currently being delivered by Bellway Homes and will provide a logical extension to the village without encroaching significantly into the Green Belt.
The scheme proposed is landscape led and could deliver up to 110 new homes together with a new 11 a-side football pitch. Importantly, the proposals will retain and reinforce existing features to provide well defined and defendable boundaries to the site.
