Strategic Land Long Itchington Warwickshire
Rainier Developments is promoting 9 acres of land at Long Itchington through the emerging Local Plan.
The land is located adjacent to the western edge of the village in a sustainable location and has the potential to accommodate up to 90 new homes.
We will continue to work closely with the Council and key community stakeholders throughout the promotion of the site.
