Strategic Land Long Buckby Northamptonshire
The site at Long Buckby is being promoted by Rainier on behalf of the landowners for allocation through the emerging Local Plan.
An illustrative masterplan has been prepared to demonstrate how the development could come forward which provides an opportunity to deliver a high-quality scheme of up to 75 dwellings with urban design principles that respond to the local vernacular.
As part of the site’s promotion Rainier will be engaging with the Council and local stakeholders as the proposals evolve.
