Strategic Land Junction 15- M40 Warwickshire
We are working in partnership with the Sherbourne Estate to promote 36 acres of land adjacent to junction 15 of the M40.
The land is being promoted through the emerging South Warwickshire Local Plan and has the potential to deliver a new sustainable employment development to the south of Warwick, within close proximity to the strategic road network.
