Strategic Land Fairford Gloucestershire
Rainier Developments is promoting 3.15 hectares of land at Fairford.
The land is located to the east of the town and south of London Road and has the potential to deliver approximately 74 new homes and 170 sqm of commercial floorspace.
Rainier Developments is working with the Council with a view to securing planning permission later this year.
