Rainier Developments is actively promoting a 17 hectare site at Hockley Heath to be released from the Green Belt and allocated for residential development through the Solihull Local Plan Review.
The site is located to the east of the settlement and provides a logical extension to Hockley Heath without significant encroachment into the openness of the Green Belt.
The site is sustainably located near the village centre. Good public transport links are accessible by foot or cycle to Solihull, Coventry, Warwick and Birmingham.
We are proposing a landscape led scheme that will retain and reinforce existing landscape features to provide well defined and defendable boundaries to the site.
The emerging masterplan identifies the site has the capacity to deliver around 300 new homes.
