Rainier Developments is actively promoting a 17 hectare site at Hockley Heath with a planning application submitted last year.
The site is located to the east of the settlement and provides a logical extension to Hockley Heath without significant encroachment into the openness of the Green Belt.
The site is sustainably located near the village centre. Good public transport links are accessible by foot or cycle to Solihull, Coventry, Warwick and Birmingham.
We are proposing a landscape led scheme that will retain and reinforce existing landscape features to provide well defined and defendable boundaries to the site.
The proposals for the site are to deliver up to 268 new homes, land for a new GP surgery and a primary school.
