Rainier Developments promoted this 4.5-acre site to the west of Calne and successfully secured planning permission at Appeal for up to 28 dwellings.
Following an extensive marketing exercise, Bewley Homes have now acquired the site, which will deliver at least 30% on-site affordable housing.
