The proposals will respect the setting of the adjoining conservation area and provide a unique opportunity to link the existing public rights of way network in the local area.
A mix of house types and sizes can be accommodated on site including the provision of 40% affordable housing which would cater for varied needs and boost housing delivery at a sustainable location within the District.
Following the grant of planning permission the site is now being developed by regional housebuilder Denbury Homes.
