Strategic Land Wootton Bedfordshire
Rainier Developments has secured planning permission on land to the west of Wootton for up to 20 new homes.
The site which sits to the south of Keeley Lane was successfully promoted by Rainier Developments and allocated in the Wootton Neighbourhood Plan.
The design for the proposed development will be responsive to the character of the local area and is being delivered in conjunction with our Development Partner, Blakeney Homes.
