Rainier Developments has successfully promoted 17 acres of land to the south of Shepshed.
The land is split across two sites adjacent to the settlement boundary with access taken from Iveshead Road.
Having regard to the site’s location and context, Rainier secured planning permission for up to 103 new homes (over two separate phases) set within a high-quality landscaped environment.
