Strategic Land Roxton Bedfordshire
The land at Roxton has planning permission for up to 50 new homes with a Development Partner currently in the process of being selected.
The proposals provide a variety of sizes of new homes, including affordable housing thus increasing opportunities for home ownership in the local area.
Once delivered a number of key benefits will be provided to Roxton, including the provision of new public open space for leisure and recreation which will create a new green edge to the village.
