Strategic Land Roxton Bedfordshire
The land at Roxton is being promoted through the Bedford Borough Local Plan Review for up to 50 new homes.
The proposals provide a variety of sizes of new homes, including affordable housing thus increasing opportunities for home ownership in the local area.
If delivered a number of key benefits will be provided to Roxton, including the provision of new public open space for leisure and recreation which will create a new green edge to the village.
Over the coming months the Rainier team will be continuing to engage with both Bedford Borough Council and Roxton Parish Council regarding the proposals.
