We have entered into a promotion agreement to promote the land at Swan Lane, Long Stratton for residential development.
Located in a sustainable location, the site is a short distance away from existing facilities within the town and would provide a logical extension to the settlement.
We will be working alongside our trusted consultant team to engage with key stakeholders over the coming months as we progress our proposals.
In total, the site is being promoted for up to 110 dwellings and other ancillary uses.
