Strategic Land Lavendon Milton Keynes
The site comprises approximately 6.4 acres and is located to the south of the village, approximately 13 miles north east of Milton Keynes.
Lavendon has a range of services and facilities to support the day to day needs of local residents and is a sustainable location to accommodate new housing.
The proposals for the site are to deliver up to 52 new homes, 40% of which will be affordable, together with additional benefits, including a new children’s play area.
