Located to the west of the recently completed Bloor development Rainier are promoting the site for residential development which represents a logical extension to Lower Stondon.
Working alongside the landowner and key community stakeholders the site is capable of delivering up to 115 new dwellings of which 35% will be affordable.
If delivered the scheme will provide much needed new housing to the local area and improvements to existing community infrastructure.
