Strategic Land Land South of Lower Stondon Bedfordshire
Located to the south of the village the site falls within North Hertfordshire and is being promoted for allocation through the Local Plan review.
Being only a short distance away from existing facilities within the village the site represents a sustainable extension to Lower Stondon capable of delivering up to 125 new homes.
Rainier will be engaging with key stakeholders as the Local Plan review progresses later this year.
