Strategic Land Hilton Derbyshire
The site at Hilton is being promoted for up to 65 dwellings through the South Derbyshire Local Plan.
Located in a sustainable location, the proposals will be landscape-led and at a suitable density to reflect the sites’ edge of settlement location.
A vision document is currently being prepared and engagement with local stakeholders will start to take place later this year.
