Rainier Developments is promoting land in the village of High Garrett, north of Braintree. The site sits west of the A131 and would provide a logical extension to the village.
Having regard to the site’s location and context, and an initial review of the constraints and opportunities, we consider that the site has the potential to deliver up to 55 new homes and a new local convenience store set within a high-quality landscaped environment.
A planning application has now been submitted and if approved will provide much needed new housing to the local area.
