Strategic Land High Garrett Essex
Rainier Developments is promoting land in the village of High Garrett, north of Braintree. The site sits west of the A131 and would provide a logical extension to the village.
Having regard to the site’s location and context, and an initial review of the constraints and opportunities, we consider that the site has the potential to deliver up to 50 new homes set within a high-quality landscaped environment.
In due course, we will be consulting with the local community regarding our proposals.
