If approved the development proposed will deliver 160 new homes of which 33% will be affordable, a new vehicular access, parking, public open space, play space, attenuation basins and enhanced landscaping as well as financial contributions to support local infrastructure.
It is expected the planning application will be determined by South Norfolk District Council later this year.
