Strategic Land Ettington Stratford-upon-Avon
The land at Ettington is located south of the Banbury Road, directly opposite the recently completed Spitfire Homes development.
It has been identified as a suitable site for housing in the adopted Neighbourhood Plan and emerging Site Allocations Plan.
In total the site is capable of delivering up to 24 new homes, including the provision of 35% affordable housing.
We will be working with key local stakeholders to deliver a landscape-led development that is in keeping with the village.
