Strategic Land Ettington Stratford-upon-Avon
The land at Ettington is located south of the Banbury Road, directly opposite the recently completed Spitfire Homes development.
It has been identified as a suitable site for housing in the adopted Neighbourhood Plan with planning permission now secured to deliver up to 21 new homes, including the provision of 13 custom build homes.
We will be working with key local stakeholders to deliver a landscape-led development that is in keeping with the village.
