Strategic Land Bromsgrove Worcestershire
Outline planning permission is currently being sought for up to 125 dwellings, together with site access and highway works, green infrastructure including sustainable drainage, ecological habitats, children’s play areas and amenity green space, and ancillary works.
If approved, the development will utilise land on the edge of Bromsgrove that falls outside of the Green Belt with 40% of the homes delivered affordable.
The planning application is expected to be determined by the Council later this year.
