Strategic Land Bassingbourn Cambridgeshire
The land at North End Bassingbourn is being promoted for residential development through the emerging Greater Cambridge Local Plan. We will also be monitoring the progress of the Neighbourhood Plan and engaging with this process through the appropriate stages.
In total the site extends to approximately 21 acres and has the potential to accommodate up to 150 new homes. The development of the site will bring with it significant biodiversity enhancements, as well as improvements to local infrastructure within the village.
