Rainier Developments have acquired this former grade II listed prison from the Ministry of Justice. Working closely with English Heritage and Shrewsbury Council, our JV company has now received a positive planning consent for 70 high quality residential apartments, 124 student beds and a gym.
Work is underway to deliver the first phase of the development.
