The Picturehouse will see the transformation of a former cinema and nightclub building into an 11 storey containing 133 new apartments in Redhill in Surrey.
Following extensive work with the local council, the local council and key stakeholders, we designed a scheme to demolish the art deco façade and provide a new flagship building which was granted full planning permission.
