Strategic Land Gamlingay Cambridgeshire
The land at Gamlingay is being promoted for residential development through the emerging Greater Cambridge Local Plan. As part of this process we will be engaging with key stakeholders and the local community as our proposals evolve through the plan making process.
At this stage, it is envisaged that our proposals will deliver up to 50 new homes, of which 40% would be affordable. We look forward to working closely with South Cambridgeshire District Council to bring this site forward with the aim of securing an allocation in the Greater Cambridge Local Plan.
