Congratulations to one of Rainier’s funding partners, Frontier Development Capital, for winning the Development Funding Award at this year’s Midlands Props Awards.
Frontier Development Capital were recognised for helping Rainier to secure a multi-million-pound loan from the West Midlands Combined Authority’s Residential Investment Fund to fund the construction of 37 high-end apartments, as well as the construction of a new unit to facilitate the relocation of Charles Green & Son jewellers within Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
Richard Mees, Chief Executive at Rainier Developments, said:
“This award for Frontier Development Capital is well deserved, as they have been instrumental in helping us deliver a project that will see us not only provide a positive future for Charles Green & Son, but also create much-needed homes – 20 per cent of which will be sold to key workers.”
